I've worked with individuals, couples and families for more than three decades. My style is active and engaged. I listen carefully, ask questions, offer feedback and, when useful, suggest something you might try differently.

My background in family-systems counseling, psychophysiology, biofeedback and neurofeedback helps me look at problems from several directions — including the connections between what we think, feel, do and experience in our bodies.

My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, understand what may be getting in the way and find a more effective way forward.
